Alpa8 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Definitions and Interpretation

3Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Matters

Alpa8 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Alpa8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, technical issues beyond the platform's control, or a Member's failure to provide correct information when making a withdrawal.

4Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Your account security is a shared responsibility between alpa8 and the Member. You are responsible for:

• Keep your account password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensuring that the device used to access your account is secure and free from malware.
• Report to alpa8 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Updating your account's personal information regularly to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided by the platform as an additional layer of security.

Alpa8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a Member's negligence in safeguarding their own account security, including loss of funds due to unauthorised access resulting from the Member's failure to protect their login credentials.

7Responsible Gaming and Member Protection

Alpa8 is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides a range of tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Temporary account suspension is available for Members who need a break from gaming activity.
• Gaming activity reports are available in the Member's account to help monitor gaming habits on a regular basis.
• A self-exclusion programme is available for Members who wish to stop using the platform for an extended period.

• alpa8 reserves the right to close or suspend a Member's account if any term in this document is violated.
• Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the Member upon completion of the verification process.
• Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.
• alpa8 reserves the right to retain transaction records and account activity in accordance with legal requirements even after account closure.

10Terms Amendment and Notification
